This website (digifihq.com) is run by DigiFi Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Trinidad and Tobago (“DigiFi”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Information on this site
The content on this site is general information about our services and digital business topics. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Topics like payments, banking, business structures and digital assets depend on your circumstances and the rules where you operate, so speak with a qualified professional before acting on them. We work to keep everything accurate and current, but we can’t promise it always is.
3. Prices and offers
- Prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices marked “from” are starting points. Your final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
- Prices exclude any taxes that may apply, and third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, payment gateway fees and ad spend, unless your proposal says otherwise.
- Founding client rates are limited to the number of clients and the dates shown on our pricing page, and come with the conditions described there.
- We may change our prices or offers at any time. Changes don’t affect a proposal you’ve already accepted.
4. Free health check
The health check is free and comes with no obligation to buy. It’s our professional opinion based on what we can see at the time, not a guarantee. We may decline a request — for example, if we’re not the right fit for your business.
5. Our services
When you hire us, the work is governed by the proposal and service agreement you accept. If anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, those documents take priority.
6. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, ad performance, leads and sales depend on things outside our control — search engines, ad platforms, competitors, your market and your business. We commit to professional work and honest reporting. We don’t guarantee specific results, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee.
7. Using the site properly
Please don’t:
- Try to hack, overload or interfere with the site
- Copy or scrape the content in bulk
- Submit false information or spam through our forms
- Use the site for anything unlawful
8. Our content
The text, design, graphics and other content on this site belong to DigiFi Solutions LLC or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Please don’t copy or republish our content without written permission.
9. Other websites and services
This site links to and uses third-party services such as Calendly, Google and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
10. Liability
We provide this website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, DigiFi Solutions LLC isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
