How we handle your information

Last updated: October 2026

The short version
  • We only collect what you give us through our forms and booking page, plus basic technical data your browser sends.
  • We use it to reply to you, run your health check and, if you hire us, deliver your project.
  • We don’t sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
  • Email contact@digifihq.com anytime to see, correct or delete what we hold.

1. Who we are

This website (digifihq.com) is run by DigiFi Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Trinidad and Tobago (“DigiFi”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the information described here is used. Questions go to Darryl Blandin at contact@digifihq.com.

2. What we collect

When you request a health check or contact us: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number (if you give it), website or social page, the service you’re interested in and your message.

When you book a call: the details you enter on our Calendly booking page — your name, email, business name, website or social page, WhatsApp number (optional) and anything you’d like to cover.

Automatically: when you submit a form, our site records the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address and your browser type. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country or city) and device type.

Spam protection: our health check form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a real person is sending it. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

If you become a client: contact and billing details, project information, and the access you give us to your website, accounts or tools.

We don’t ask for payment card details on this website, and we don’t collect sensitive information such as health data or ID numbers.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare your health check
  • To schedule and hold calls
  • To send proposals, contracts and invoices
  • To deliver and support the work you hire us for
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site

If we ever start a newsletter, we’ll only add you if you opt in, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and business email
  • Calendly — call booking
  • Google — calendar, video calls (Google Meet), website analytics and spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
  • Meta (WhatsApp) — if you choose to talk with us on WhatsApp
  • Payment providers (such as WiPay, PayPal or your bank) — when you pay an invoice. They handle your payment details under their own terms.
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) — when needed to run the business
  • Authorities — if the law requires it

If we bring in contractors to help deliver your project, they only see what they need for that work and must keep it confidential.

5. Where it's stored

Some of these providers store data outside Trinidad and Tobago, including in the United States. By using this site, you understand your information may be processed there. We use established providers with recognised security practices.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use:

  • Essential cookies — to keep the site working and secure
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, to measure visits. You can block these in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We don’t use advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted
  • Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months

8. Keeping it safe

Our site uses encryption (HTTPS). Access to our systems is limited and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and we keep our software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, but if a problem affects your information, we’ll tell you promptly.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the information we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it (unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons)
  • Stop contacting you

Email contact@digifihq.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

10. Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
